STAGE 03

Review before repeating.

Where included in the agreement, make a sample or prototype to review the important fit and functional requirements. Record changes before approving the production version.

STAGE 04

One complete product.

Manufacture and assemble against the approved specification. Apply the agreed checks and confirm handover requirements. No universal certification or performance claim is implied.

BEFORE WE COMMIT

Feasibility, engineering work, sample costs, timing, design rights and acceptance criteria are discussed and agreed for the project. A sample stage is included only when it is part of the agreed scope.

Can I enquire without a drawing?

Yes. Describe the intended use, the outcome you need and any important constraints. A sketch or reference image helps, but is not required to begin a discussion.

Can every idea be manufactured?

No. Each idea requires a feasibility review. Materials, intended use, safety, destination requirements, quantity and budget can affect whether and how a project proceeds.

Are design work and samples included in the price?

Development, sample and production costs are defined separately where relevant. Included deliverables, revisions and acceptance criteria are agreed before the corresponding work begins.

Do you make every component yourselves?

Not every component must be manufactured in-house. The project can combine manufactured parts, sourced components and assembly. These responsibilities are identified in the agreed scope.

How should I share a confidential design?

Start with a non-confidential description. Agree a confidentiality arrangement and a suitable transfer method with us before sending sensitive drawings. This website currently has no file-upload service.

Are the images completed BOEN projects?

No. The current product visuals are labelled concepts or third-party references. The development drawings on this page are schematic illustrations. Actual BOEN project case studies and factory photographs are awaiting approved materials.
