01 — WHO WE ARE

Making the whole
product work.

BOEN Manufacturing (铂恩制造厂) focuses on complete-product development and manufacturing. Our work includes amusement vehicles and customer-led projects, from adapting a familiar format to reviewing a new product idea.

A finished product brings together structure, bodywork, components and assembly. The proposal identifies the work to be manufactured, any sourced components and the responsibilities for design, testing and acceptance. We do not imply that every component is produced in-house.

02 — OUR MANUFACTURING APPROACHPRACTICAL SUPPORT, CLEAR SCOPE

From a brief
to a complete build.

A project needs more than a collection of parts. We work through the design decisions, manufacturing route and acceptance requirements for the complete product.

01

Development
& review.

Clarify the purpose, constraints and feasibility. Identify the design work, supporting information and development stages needed.

02

Manufacturing
& assembly.

Plan the agreed structure, bodywork and component integration, then manufacture and assemble to the approved scope.

03

Inspection
& acceptance.

Define what needs to be checked, how the product will be reviewed and what records are included in the handover.

03 — QUALITY STARTS WITH THE BRIEFWORKING PRINCIPLES

DETAILS BEFORE DECISIONS

Clarity
before
commitment.

We prefer accurate, written confirmation over unverified promises, especially when dimensions, materials, operating conditions or destination requirements affect the product.

  1. 01

    DEFINE

    Clear scope.

Deliverables and exclusions are defined in the quotation so the project starts with a shared understanding.

  2. 02

    VERIFY

    Confirmed specifications.

Technical values are reviewed and confirmed before they are published or promised.

  3. 03

    DOCUMENT

    Recorded changes.

Project revisions are documented to keep technical and commercial expectations aligned.

  4. 04

    COMMUNICATE

    Agreed inspection criteria.

Agree the relevant dimensional, assembly and functional checks. Certification and destination requirements are reviewed for the specific product; they are not assumed.

A closer look
at the making.

This preview uses third-party workshop references, not photographs of BOEN’s factory. They illustrate production, assembly and fabrication; actual BOEN facility and project photographs are still to be supplied.

What a project
record should show.

Detailed BOEN case studies are not published here yet. Customer designs and build photographs will only be shown with permission; reference visuals are not delivery evidence.
